Complete
the Mortgage Market Loan Application
You will be able to complete our short form
application quickly because we designed it
to be easy and intuitive.
Initial Contact
Once you have submitted your application, it
will be automatically assigned to a licensed
Mortgage Consultant. Your Mortgage
Consultant will guide you through the entire
loan process and serve as your point of
reference for questions and concerns. The
Mortgage Consultant will also complete
following steps:
Contact you to review the information
you provided and complete the loan
application submission. They will also
answer any questions. Submit your loan
through our automated underwriting
engine and inform you of the automated
underwriting engine’s response.
Provide you with the "next steps" in
the loan process.

Gather
documents
We'll ask for income and
asset documentation, about the home, other details.

Property Appraisal Deposit
In order to begin your loan process, we must
collect your Property Appraisal Deposit. You
may submit the your credit card through our
secure card center at:
https://www.mortgagemarketfl.com/creditcard/appraisalorder.htm.
We will provide your card information to the
assigned appraisal management company who
will complete the appraisal order. You can
also call and provide to your assigned
Mortgage Consultant by phone.
Processing Your Loan
A Mortgage Market of Florida Loan Consultant
will begin processing your loan once the
Property Appraisal Deposit Credit Card
information is received. The appraisal,
title and other services will be ordered on
your behalf. We will require you to submit
income and asset information as applicable
to your loan, prior to submitting your loan
to our Underwriting Department. Your
Mortgage Consultant may gather additional
documentation during the loan process, as
required to fully approve your loan. |

Signing Loan Documents
The loan documents are sent to the
notary/closing agent for your execution.
Once received, the closing agent will need
to get in contact with you to schedule a
time to sign loan documents. After the loan
documents have been executed, they will be
returned to the lender by the closing agent.
Funding and Closing Your Loan
After a review of your signed loan
documents, the lender will wire funds to the
title company, who will disburse the funds
and record the necessary paperwork with the
appropriate county. At this point, your loan
is considered closed.
